FX Digital is excited to announce that Product Lead Sophie Pesenti has joined as a permanent team member and the latest addition to the FX Digital Leadership team.
The FX Digital leadership team – consisting of FX Co-Founders Matt Duhig & Tom Smith, Operations Lead Luke Nutkins, Lead Developer Clayton Jones, Marketing Manager Ramsey Marwan and now Product Lead Sophie Pesenti – oversees the strategy, running and management of the agency.
Originally from Val d’Isère in the Alps, Sophie completed a masters in Sweden around new technologies and decided that the tech and digital product development industry was where her future lay, an industry she describes as “fast paced, forward thinking, incorporating both users and businesses needs, and most importantly – super creative”.
Sophie has spent the last 10 years in London, where she has honed her skills in creating mobile, web and connected devices experiences. Across the years, Sophie has helped define, craft and deliver multiple innovative digital products & services, from start up propositions to big digital transformation programs.
When discussing what she enjoys most about this creative process, she pinpoints the Discovery phase:
Sophie plans to support the growth of the agency by ensuring top quality work no matter what challenge we are tackling, increasing our workshop offerings to democratise voice services and by making products an integral part of the agency. Sophie plans to grow her team “with as much integrity, kindness, respect and diversity as possible”.
With a passion for sustainability, Sophie plans to put this at the core of what FX Digital does. As a technology company, working in Connected TV and Voice, this means conducting business in a sustainable way, with our current and future partners, clients and employees, and to create value not only for our stakeholders but for society.
